The Data Campus is a department within the CNES Technical and Digital Directorate. The Campus brings together around a hundred experts (the “campers”) to process and distribute space data, to promote their use and to define new missions. Our aim is also to support users from research, institutions, industry, services or defense, to help them use space data and to understand their needs.
With this blog, we would like to unveil the beauties and mysteries of our earth and space observation data. The campers will introduce their projects and beautiful showcases, but will also reveal what goes on behind the scenes: the work involved in building processing centers, processors, methods and algorithms, theory and applications. We're interested in your feedback, whether critical or admiring (especially!).
